The next day we drove East on SR 4 through the historic town of Woodstock to Taftsville. Here we found the most picturesque bridge we saw on the trip. It is Vermont's third oldest bridge and, at 189ft., one of the longest. It crosses the Ottauquechee river.
Susan (snapapple) > A touch of blur and sepia toning gives this shot a somber mood.
Susan (snapapple) > On the way back we pass another small covered bridge. I'm sorry I don't know the name of it, but I wanted to capture the image with the light accenting the construction on the inside.
Susan (snapapple) > This view of the tree tops reminds me of a colorful quilt.

Susan (snapapple) > Beautiful Fall color as far as the eye can see.
